The Diamond Loyalty program is free to join and earns one point per dollar spent. Beyond points, membership tends to come with early access to sales, member-only pricing, and exclusive gown offers surfaced through the David's Bridal Pearl app.

As of mid-2026 the program has been extended to the whole wedding party through added reward levels (marketed as Glow and Glitter tiers) with lower thresholds to earn gifts, and a higher Sparkle level that has historically been tied to bigger perks. If several people in your party are all shopping the same store, pooling activity under the program is worth setting up before the first purchase, not after.

David's Bridal periodically runs sample sales where floor samples and discontinued styles are marked down steeply. The catch is the return terms: sample-sale purchases typically cannot be returned to a store, though they can usually be sent back by mail. Confirm the exact terms on the tag or receipt before you leave, because a heavily discounted sample you can't easily return is only a deal if it genuinely fits.

The store's alterations service works on wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, prom dresses, and, notably, garments bought elsewhere, including pieces from your own closet. Tailors can take in a bodice, adjust length, or reshape a silhouette. Because fitted formalwear almost always needs work, it is safer to assume an alterations cost on top of the dress price and fold it into your total up front rather than discovering it at the fitting.

Return rules differ by channel. Online orders generally allow around 14 days from the date you receive the item to start a return or exchange, while items bought in a store typically have up to 30 days. Certain categories, including altered pieces and sample-sale items, fall outside the standard window, so check the policy that applies to your specific order before assuming it can go back.
